  • Care Guide

Care Guide (because these babies are delicate little divas)
Your compression socks are sensitive souls. Treat them kindly, and they’ll support you shift after shift.

    • Best option: Hand wash after each use
    • Real-life option: Gentle warm wash (30–40°C) with similar colours
    • Bonus points: Pop them in a mesh laundry bag
    • If hand washing, no wringing — just a gentle lil’ squeeze

    Use a gentle detergent only
    Avoid fabric softener
Absolutely no bleach (they will not recover emotionally or physically)

You can tumble dry if needed, or air dry if you’ve got the time. As they age, a quick dryer session can actually help restore the elastic fibres — just keep it under 30°C.

    One hard rule:
    No sun.
Unless you’re aiming for “crispy sock disaster” (not recommended).

Because elastic fibres naturally relax over time, we recommend replacing them every 3–6 months to keep that compression working at its best.

  • Size Guide

Let’s Talk Sizing (aka give those calves a lil’ moment)
Have a cheeky measure around the thickest part of your calf to find your perfect fit. No tape measure? No worries — keep an eye out for one in those TED stocking packets at work. Resourceful queen behaviour.

If you're sitting right between sizes:
    • Prefer firm, supportive hugs? Go S/M
    • Prefer a gentler squeeze? Go L/XL

When you first pop them on, they’ll feel firm — totally normal. These socks are meant to be snug, stretched, and pulled knee-high so they can do their circulation-boosting magic. Some people notice the compression more than others — it all depends on your calves, your preferences, and your tolerance for a good supportive squeeze.

    Why so tight?
Because they’re working hard. That snug fit applies consistent pressure to help improve blood flow and reduce swelling. Tight = doing their job. Loose = absolutely not the assignment.
