Shipping Region

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Shipping From

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
Please allow a little extra time for delivery if you are located in regional or remote areas.

Carrier & Delivery Services

All parcels are sent via Australia Post using their domestic services – Parcel Post (Standard) and Express Post.
Please note: choosing Express Post does not shorten our processing or dispatch time. It only speeds up delivery once your order is with Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and may vary depending on their network and seasonal demand.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak times such as new collection launches, public holidays, or sales, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia Post)

Parcel Post (Standard): approximately 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
Express Post: approximately 1–3 business days to most metro areas, longer for regional or remote addresses.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95 Australia-wide.
Flat Rate Express Shipping: $14.95 Australia-wide.
Free Standard Shipping: automatically applied to all orders over $100 AUD (after discounts and before shipping).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your order via Australia Post Tracking:

Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Parcels

Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional postage charges may apply.
We are not responsible for parcels once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us promptly using our Contact Form on the website.
We will help lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and do our best to resolve the issue.
Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage to assist with your claim.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a return or reshipment is required due to a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of re-delivery.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
