RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Oh Hunny Scrub Society, every item is packed with care. We want you to be completely
happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you are unsatisfied with an item for any reason, you may request a return for a credit note or refund within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include your name and order number in the subject line of your email. Alternatively, you may contact us through our website’s contact form.
Please note:

Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. Credit notes will be processed for the full item value.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Please use a trackable postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Sale items or items purchased as part of bundles, mystery boxes, or gift sets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
At Oh Hunny Scrub Society, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Include clear photos of the damage or fault, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and send them to hello@ohhunnyscrubsociety.com.au.
If this timeframe has passed, we may not be able to assist with damage reported after delivery. Please note that accidental damage or wear and tear after receipt is not covered under this policy.
